In need of 2-4 on-call, part-time workers to assist with local moves, junk removal, and delivery services. Part-time hours (approximately 10 hrs/week) with opportunity to become permanent, full-time.
Mover and Mover/Driver responsibilities include:
- Load and unload items with care.
- Deliver and set-up furniture and appliances inside client homes or businesses, as required or requested.
- Collect furniture, appliances, equipment and other items from residential or business locations.
- Collect junk and debris and transport to county waste collection facilities.
- If Mover/Driver: Operate pickup truck with trailers up to 24 ft, cargo van, and/or box trucks 16-26 ft.
Job brief
We are looking for 2 –4 on-call Movers or Mover/Drivers to join our moving and delivery team on an as-needed basis to help load and unload furniture, appliances, equipment, junk and other items between various locations throughout the Tampa Bay Area.
Responsibilities

- Driver: Operate pickup truck with trailers up to 24 ft, cargo van, and/or box trucks 16-26 ft.
Requirements and skills
- REQUIRED (Drivers): A valid driver’s license with clear history.
- REQUIRED (Drivers): Drive pickup truck w/ 16‘ or 24’ ft trailer, cargo van, and/or box trucks 16-26 ft.
- Proven work experience as a Mover or similar role helpful, but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and climb stairs throughout the day.
- Punctual and professional attitude.
- Professional and cleanly appearance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Must submit to pre-employment background check (felony convictions will NOT automatically disqualify you).
Compensation
- Mover: $15-$20/hr plus customer tips.
- Mover/Driver: $18-$25/hr plus customer tips.
