Big Sky T, Inc. is seeking an experienced FedEx Ground Business Contact (BC) / Operations Manager to oversee daily package delivery operations serving the Belgrade, Bozeman, and Livingston, Montana areas.

This leadership role is ideal for a current or former FedEx Ground BC, Assistant BC, or Operations Manager who is ready to take ownership of a successful operation, develop a strong team, and drive safety, service, and operational excellence.

• Lead an established FedEx Ground operation

• Competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000 per year

• Oversee daily FedEx Ground delivery operations

• Lead, coach, and develop drivers and support staff

• Ensure routes dispatch and return safely and efficiently

• Monitor safety, service, and productivity performance

• Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment

• Resolve operational challenges and make real-time decisions

• Communicate with FedEx station management and company leadership

• Ensure compliance with FedEx Ground policies and DOT regulations

• Provide after-hours and weekend operational support when needed

• Previous FedEx Ground BC, Assistant BC, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership experience required

• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to motivate teams and lead by example

• GroundCloud Qual-Cert certification (or ability to obtain)

• Monday–Friday

• Daily schedule aligned with FedEx Ground route operations

• Typical hours: approximately 7:30 AM until routes return (generally 6:00–7:00 PM)

• Weekend availability/on-call support as needed
