About Full Speed Transport Inc.Since 2021, Full Speed Transport Inc. has proudly delivered for FedEx throughout the Boise area. Our terminal is located at 6610 S Elite Ave, Boise, ID 83716, serving dense residential and business routes with a supportive team culture and modern equipment.
Pay & Benefits- $22.00/hr starting pay
- $21.00/hr paid training
- Health insurance (up to 75% employer-paid after 60 days)

- Uniforms provided
- Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
- Part-Time: Friday-Monday (2-4 days/week)
- Start time: 8:30 AM until route completion
- Operations: Monday-Sunday
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Deliver and scan packages (average 140 stops per day)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Use GPS to complete deliveries efficiently
- Load, unload, and handle packages up to 150 lbs
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Delivery, courier, box truck, step van, or manual labor experience preferred
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (employer paid)
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
