Delivery Driver - $19/hr | $18/hr Training | Marcy, NY

Hiring now for reliable Delivery Drivers! Join us as we grow our new FedEx operation in Marcy. You’ll deliver packages across Utica, New Hartford, and Clinton using a company vehicle and GPS. No CDL required, and we provide paid training and uniforms.

We’re a brand-new FedEx contractor building a dependable team before peak season. Our terminal is at 101 Candella Express Dr, Marcy, NY 13403. We value safety, teamwork, and drivers who take pride in doing the job right.

• $19/hour
• $18/hour paid training
• Health insurance (full-time)
• 401(k) with up to 3% match
• 5 days PTO after 1 year
• Company vehicle & uniform provided

• Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Wednesday–Sunday
• Part-time: 2–4 days/week, including at least 1 weekend day
• Start 8–9 AM until deliveries are complete
• Average 120–140 stops/day

• Complete package delivery routes safely
• Inspect, load, scan, and log packages
• Use GPS to navigate routes
• Handle packages up to 150 lbs
• Complete pre/post-trip vehicle inspections

• 21 with a valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record
• Comfortable working in all weather
• Must be willing to submit to required DOT physical and other job-related screening

You’ll have a company vehicle, paid training, steady routes, and a supportive team. Driving or manual labor experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
