As a director, you will oversee our programs and uphold the Bright Eyes philosophies and MSDE licensing regulations to ensure the overall safety, growth, and education of all children, families, and staff. Responsibilities may include:
Overseeing staff and providing positive guidance
Maintaining all Bright Eyes Policies and MSDE licensing regulations
Hire and Develop Staff
Form relationships with families and staff
Plan Center-wide and community events
Be familiar and maintain MSDE Accreditation and aide with staff credentialing.
Conducting tours for potential families
Receive and process tuition payments.
Observation and review of staff performance
Conduct staff meetings to improve performance.
Be flexible and ready to step into classrooms as necessary.
Handle staffing and parent question and concerns.

Requirements:
Must be Director Qualified by MSDE- Proof of qualifications.
Previous Directing experience
Available 6:30am to 6:30pm
