Medical Receptionist needed for growing pediatric eye practice in Knoxville with supportive culture and modern digital systems. Spanish speaking encouraged. Duties include appointment scheduling, patient reception, collecting co-pays, patient checkout, insurance verification (with the help of an outside billing service), light cleaning, and other office/clerical tasks. Desired availability: 4-5 days (32-40 hours) per week.

Desired Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has eye medical front desk experience and speaks Spanish or another additional language. However, all reasonable applicants will be considered.

- Experience as ophthalmic assistant, medical assistant, optician
- Spanish speaking encouraged
- Attention to detail
- Basic Apple / Mac computer skills
- Medical billing knowledge encouraged (position is not directly responsible for billing)
- Enthusiasm to grow and learn as the practice expands
