Receptionist

The Receptionist plays a key role as the first point of contact for our company, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
• Provide general information to callers and visitors
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow
