About You
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
- Knowledgeable in building maintenance, equipment repair, and safety regulations
- Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks, while also being a collaborative team player ready to pitch in and assist others
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Electrician certification is a plus
- Carpentry skills are a plus
- Welding experience or certification is a plus
- Inspect Bright products to ensure they meet quality standards and perform repairs as necessary
- Carry out basic building maintenance tasks
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to painting, sanding, assembling, and welding
- Safely operate various hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean work area by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
- Consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE) and always follow all safety protocols
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Capability to stand or walk for 8-10 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Frequent use of hand and power tools, as well as bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking, and reaching
- Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
