Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental practice management software
- Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Process payments, handle insurance claims, and manage billing inquiries
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure operations run smoothly each day
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred
- Strong computer and scheduling software skills , open dental is a
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while remaining calm and friendly
