Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring effective phone etiquette at all times.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members, demonstrating excellent calendar management skills.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.

- Efficient scheduling
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Support other administrative tasks as required to enhance office efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications is essential; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderly files and documentation.
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all communications.
