Job Summary:
As an RBT with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by providing 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and document data on client progress, maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
- Implement research-based practices to strengthen communication, social interaction, and independence
- Competitive Pay Rates: $24 - $30 hourly
- Flexible Schedules: Full-Time (30 hours/week) or Part-Time Available
