Preschool Teacher (Ages 3–4) – Full-Time
We are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our preschool program! This is a full-time, long-term position working alongside our current teacher with children 3–4 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the lead teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Follow our established school curriculum.
- Assist in planning and writing age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Lead children in educational activities, circle time, art projects, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Foster children's social, emotional, and academic development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a preschool teacher in a preschool or early childhood setting is required.
- Experience writing and implementing lesson plans.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine love for working with young children.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time
