Toddler (2's) Teacher Assistant – Full Time

What You'll Do:

• Support the Lead Teacher in a nurturing, engaging toddler (2's) classroom.
• Help children build independence, confidence, and social-emotional skills.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, transitions, diapering, and rest time.
• Engage toddlers in playful activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Communicate warmly and professionally with families as part of the classroom team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and joyful classroom environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young children (childcare, babysitting, or classroom experience preferred).
• A patient, caring, and positive attitude — toddlers have big feelings, and that's okay.
• Willingness to learn and grow in play-based and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to a full-time schedule.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00/hour, based on experience and education.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends).
