Duties
- Assist in preparing and organizing materials and activities for afternoon play
- Support children’s learning through play and hands on activities
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, snack time, and transitions to ensure safety and positive behavior
- Implement classroom behavior management strategies aligned with childcare program policies and regulations
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members to promote a collaborative and nurturing learning environment
- Assisting with child hygiene, diaper changing and potty training
- Basic classroom cleaning and disinfecting
Requirements
- Are at least 16 years of age or older
- A passion for helping children learn and develop
