Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and special education, with the ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students. This role involves leading classroom activities, developing curriculum, and providing support to students with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities and autism.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists.
• Foster literacy education through innovative teaching methods and learning technology.
• Support children’s development in areas such as math, physical education, and behavioral health.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and development.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Proven classroom experience with children of various ages, preferably in preschool or toddler care settings.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to utilize learning technology effectively in the classroom setting.
