What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Administrator position at Bright Beginnings Child Care Center LLC?
Bright Beginnings Child Care Center LLC in Berea is currently accepting applications for an administrative position in our center. This candidate must have flexible availability Monday-Friday. Education and experience in a child care setting is highly preferred, as well as an understanding of day care operations, strong leadership skills, adaptability, excellent problem solving skills, strong ability to communicate with staff, children, and families.
A person in this position would assist in coordinating the operations of the day care and be responsible for implementing and maintaining our center's standard of care alongside the director, fellow administrative staff, and teachers, as well as excel in communicating with children and their families each day. Organization, time management, and strong communication skills are required. Person must be 25 years or older and have a good driving record. Administrator will also be required to drive center van to drop off and pick children up from school.
Must love working with and leading staff as well as children.
