Responsibilities

- Help with classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Foster effective communication with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative learning atmosphere
Experience
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and caregivers effectively
- Previous classroom experience in child care is a plus
