Job Overview

Bright Achievements is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Site-Based Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. This individual will serve as the primary on-site representative for Bright Achievements, working closely with school administrators, Bright Achievements leadership, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and administrative staff.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader and communicator who can manage daily operations, coordinate staffing, build positive relationships with school personnel, and help ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for students and staff.

This is an operational and administrative supervisory position. Clinical programming and clinical decision-making will remain the responsibility of the assigned BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

As Site-Based Supervisor, you will serve as the primary operational presence for Bright Achievements' school-based programs and will work closely with school leadership, Bright Achievements leadership, BCBAs, RBTs, families, and administrative staff.

• Working directly with school administration and Bright Achievements leadership to establish, launch, and maintain school-based programs.
• Serving as the primary day-to-day liaison between Bright Achievements and school administration.
• Maintaining an appropriate on-site presence to ensure each assigned program operates safely, professionally, efficiently, and according to plan.
• Overseeing day-to-day program operations, including staffing, scheduling, attendance, classroom flow, staff coverage, and site logistics.
• Supporting and supervising RBT staff from an operational and administrative perspective while collaborating with the assigned BCBA regarding all clinical matters.
• Ensuring appropriate staff coverage and responding to call-outs, scheduling issues, and other operational staffing concerns.
• Supporting consistent implementation of treatment schedules and programming established and supervised by the BCBA.
• Maintaining a structured, safe, professional, and organized environment for students and staff.
• Communicating regularly with Bright Achievements leadership regarding staffing needs, program
• concerns, school requests, supplies, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participating in meetings with school administrators, clinical leadership, and Bright Achievements leadership as needed.
• Assisting with the planning, development, setup, and launch of additional school-based programs as Bright Achievements continues to expand.
• Helping establish systems and procedures that can be replicated across future Bright Achievements school-based programs.
• Performing other reasonable duties related to the operation and growth of Bright Achievements' school-based services as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ABA services, school-based programs, special education, behavioral services, or a related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating staff, schedules, daily operations, or service delivery preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with school administrators, district personnel, clinical teams, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to staffing and operational challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, organized records.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable using a laptop, email, and digital documentation systems.
• Ability to travel between assigned school sites and the Manalapan administrative office as required.
