Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator, located in Manalapan, NJ. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating ABA therapy services, supporting both clients and behavioral technicians. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining detailed records, facilitating communication between families and technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to each child's needs. The role requires close collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clients receive consistent, ongoing services and that their ABA therapy needs are effectively coordinated and supported.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate services for children receiving therapy to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers, Behavioral Technicians, BCBAs, and internal departments to support continuity of care.
- Coordinate technician assignments and assist with identifying appropriate staffing based on client needs, availability, location, and staff qualifications.
- Monitor cases to ensure services remain appropriately staffed and sessions are occurring as scheduled.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and staffing records, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Identify potential barriers to ongoing services and work proactively with internal teams to resolve them.

Pay: Salary - 45,000 - 48,000
Expected hours: 40 per week, M-F: 9:00am - 5:00pm
