Associate Director – Aspen Grove Administration
This role offers a unique opportunity to help lead and shape the experience at Aspen Grove Family Camp and Conference Center as the Associate Director over Administration. In this position, you’ll play a key role in guiding overall operations—spanning finance, human resources, marketing, business strategy, data analytics, and information systems—while also supporting the day-to-day success of our office, store, and arts & crafts programs. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive innovation, strengthen operations, and enhance the experience for every guest who visits Aspen Grove.

Typical Starting Pay
$82,000 to $106,500
The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors. Candidates with very significant work-related experience may receive an offer higher than the posted typical range.

Associate Director – Aspen Grove Administration

What You’ll Do In This Position
- Controls and safeguards all Aspen Grove resources
- Prepares and manages budgets and financial statements, providing key analysis and insight into finances.
- Supervises and trains employees to ensure financial controls are universally implemented
- Oversees marketing strategy and execution, including campaigns, brand management, and audience targeting
- Conducts Market research, overseeing the collection and interpretation of data and identifying ways to improve the business, focusing on expanding revenue sources.
- Measures and works to improve Aspen Grove’s net promoter score
- Oversees the hiring, training, and termination of all staff and student employees
- Handles personnel problems, administers personnel policies, and ensures compliance with labor laws
- Oversees the management of the office, the store and arts & crafts, ensuring guests experience professional customer service at all times
- Ensures all technology and information systems of Aspen Groves
What qualifies you for this role:
- A firm commitment to the mission of BYU.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years of management experience
- Master’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- 8 years of management experience
