Education
Bachelor's Degree Exercise Physiology or Bachelor's Degree Kinesiology required Master's Degree Exercise Physiology preferred
Experience
Experience working in an acute care hospital/cardiac rehabilitation program 2-3 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Skillfully utilize and maintain specialized equipment, devices and computer program.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Mentors and train staff.
- Knowledge of acceptable ranges of blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation and EKG and reports any abnormal values to RN.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision.
