About Us
Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, is a multispecialty, primary care practice with more than 65 physicians.

Our Team
Brigham and Women’s Health Care Center in Pembroke is a multi-level facility spanning 30,000 square feet. Located at 15 Corporate Park Drive, the center includes family medicine (all ages), obstetrics and gynecology, neurosurgery, cardiology, endocrinology, general surgery, gastroenterology, orthopedics as well as a multi-specialty clinic (pulmonary, vascular, and urology).

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Practice Coordinator support the practice onsite Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm.
The Opportunity
Practice Coordinators play an integral part in the operations of our community-based physician practices. The practice coordinate works closely with the manager on day-to-day operations as well supervising our team of 10 practice assistants with their day-to-day responsibilities assisting patient’s needs.
This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously with a mix of supervisory and administrative responsibilities to support / lead our front desk team members!
- Assigns work and monitors work queues, billing reports and in baskets
- Provides input to the development / coordination of practice policies / objectives
- Participates in the assessment and management of operational functions including patient scheduling, wait times, staff coverage, ancillary tests and follow up appointments, phone systems, transcription services and volume issues.
- Allocates, assigns and schedules staff to specific tasks.
- Places purchase orders, and check requests, Maintains and orders office supplies and equipment

- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Associate's degree preferred or two years experience in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 -5 years experience managing an office, preferably in a health care setting.
- Ambulatory setting experience preferred
