No Licenses and Credentials Experience experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of role 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control. - Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions. - Ability to read and write. - Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. - Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies. - Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects. - Knowledge of food service lines set-up and temperature requirements. - Skill in cooking and preparing a variety of foods. - Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards'.

- Performs preparation duties such as rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables.
- Weighs and measures ingredients.
- Wraps, date-labels, and stores food items.
- Cleans and organizes work areas, equipment, utensils, and service station.
- Follows established recipes to prepare menu items.
- Follows guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.
- Serves customers in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Provides customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.
- Escalates customer concerns and complaints to management.
- Complies with relevant safety, hygiene, and service standards and procedures.
