What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Crew Member, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to maintain and improve residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulch installations
- Shrub and hedge pruning
- Plant and tree installations
- Lawn renovations (aeration, overseeding, dethatching, topdressing)
- Property inspections and quality control
- Operating commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Assisting with hardscape, drainage, and landscape construction projects when needed
- Snow removal and ice management during the winter season (seasonal)

Preferred Qualifications
- Landscaping or lawn maintenance experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscape equipment
- Knowledge of pruning techniques and plant care
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to operate trucks and trailers is a plus
- Hoisting license or CDL is a plus, but not required
