As our Bilingual Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner customers turn to when they need smart, reliable solutions for their warehouse operations. You’ll help businesses run stronger by understanding their challenges, earning their confidence, and connecting them with equipment and services that truly make an impact. Your work will shape long-term partnerships and help grow the Briggs brand across your territory.
What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, identifying needs and designing solutions across equipment, parts, service, and rentals.
- Find and close new opportunities by prospecting actively, presenting confidently, and delivering reliable results.
- Manage territory forecasting, account planning, and detailed account profiles to support smart, sustainable growth.
- Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge while representing Briggs at events and trade shows.
What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong sales instincts with experience selling complex equipment or warehouse products.
- A customer-first mindset grounded in communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain fundamentals, and CRM/Microsoft Office tools.
