In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, scheduling service appointments, following up on service opportunities, and helping provide an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and online leads
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Follow up with customers regarding recommended and declined services
Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records
Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Department to maximize appointment opportunities
Provide professional, friendly, and timely communication with every customer
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with phones, text messaging, and email
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous automotive, BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
