Taft is looking for a team-oriented associate to join our Litigation group in the Cleveland office.
Taft Law is seeking an associate with at least 3- 4 years of litigation experience, including: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, assisting with complex client and opposing party management and communication, and preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances. Interest in construction matters is required, experience working on construction matters is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and persuasive writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus and more. The salary range for this position is $195,000 -220,000/year.
