Job Summary: At Brigantine Restaurants, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the dish area, ensuring that all wares are cleaned and sanitized.
- Clean and organize the back of house, including coolers, freezers, and storage areas.
- Clean floors and remove garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Execute opening and closing procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
- No experience required; we offer on-the-job training.
- A desire to help where needed and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and handle extreme heat for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.

- $17.50-$19 per hour plus tips
