As our Manitowoc Malthouse Facility continues to grow, we are searching for an individual to work as a Malthouse Operator:
- Individual is responsible for the movement of grain as well as monitoring the steep, germination, and kilning(drying process) of barley or other raw grains.
- Complete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation records.
- Perform sanitation of associated areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Starting pay of $25.00 ( ) $1.00 for 2nd Shift Premium.
Position is for second shift, traditionally scheduled 3pm to 11pm. Weekend work will be scheduled
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We are willing to train the right individual with a positive attitude.
Prior experience in food plant sanitation and GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus. Prior experience with forklifts
preferred. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA)

- Up to $660 may be rolled over into the next year
- $450 Company Contribution after 1 year
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
- Effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment
- $500 per week for 26 weeks (1st day after injury / 8th day after illness)
