⭐ What You’ll Do
As an Elevator Operator, you’ll help keep our ingredient operations running smoothly and efficiently. Every shift brings something different! You will:
- Operate plant systems to safely transfer and move product
- Position, inspect, sample, load, and unload semi‑trailers and rail cars
- Run cleaning and grading equipment and complete quality checks
- Manage grain transfers, steeping bins, and kiln malt
- Operate equipment like Trackmobile, skid steer, snow blower, and more
- Assist with sanitation and maintain GMP standards
- Perform confined‑space and fumigation tasks (training provided!)
- Support the team with additional duties that keep the facility running strong

Starting Wage: $25.50/hour
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour for 2nd Shift
Hours:
Monday–Friday (with Occasional Weekends)
11:00pm-7:00am
