What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial projects (TI ground-up)
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite coordination
- Enforce safety, quality, and project standards
- Read and execute plans, specs, and submittals with accuracy
- Run preconstruction and weekly jobsite meetings
- Maintain schedule flow and proactively solve issues before they impact the job
- Document progress, issues, and corrections in Procore
- Inspect work and hold subs accountable to quality expectations
Who We’re Looking For
- 5 years as a Commercial Superintendent (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leader in the field—clear communicator, no ego, gets things done
- Highly organized and proactive (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
- Confident & competent at reading plans, managing schedules, and running crews
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Procore/Bluebeam preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
