Batch Processing Operator, Food & Beverage Manufacturing

We’re hiring a Batch Processing Operator for our Vineland, NJ 08360 plant. You’ll transform precise formulations into quality product by measuring and quoting ingredients, blending to spec, and using ERP/MRP systems to keep production on track.

Impact Areas

• Food Safety & Quality: Apply established protocols and document checks during every run.
• Batch Preparation: Weigh, verify, and quote ingredients; stage materials for efficiency.
• Equipment Readiness: Set, test, and calibrate production machinery prior to startup.
• Execution: Mix and blend according to recipes, adjusting for optimal throughput and quality.
• Control & Visibility: Manage inventory and scheduling via ERP/MRP.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, compliant, and organized workspace with your team.
• Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of food safety and QA standards.
• Competence in ingredient measurement and quoting for batches.
• Blending/mixing proficiency with consistent results.
• ERP/MRP familiarity for planning and material management.
• Ability to set up and run production equipment safely.
• Detail orientation, team mindset, and clear communication.
