About the Role
We are seeking an early-career, high-potential Market Operator, Sales (2–5 years experience) to support our fast-growing U.S. business. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, enjoys baking, presenting, and training customers, and loves being out in the field representing a premium artisan brand
You’ll engage directly with Chefs, conduct product demonstrations, support new customer launches, and play a key role in building Bridor’s presence in your region. This position requires a hands-on mindset, the confidence to cold call, and the drive to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
Pastry Chefs with sales ability and product knowledge are highly encouraged to apply. This position offers a performance-based bonus and a monthly auto stipend
What You’ll Do
Represent Bridor in the field and build strong relationships with Chefs, distributors, and foodservice operators
Conduct product demos, baking sessions, menu presentations, trainings, and customer tastings
Execute field sales activities including sample drops, store and kitchen visits, and new customer start-ups
Confidently perform cold calling to open new doors and increase product awareness
Support sales managers and brokers with local activities and customer engagement
Stay highly organized while managing travel, field schedules, follow-ups, and reporting
Gather market insights and assist with new product launches and culinary events
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in culinary, hospitality, or foodservice sales
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys baking, presenting, and training customers on premium bakery products
Comfortable calling on Chefs and conducting in-kitchen or back-of-house demos
Confident and proactive with cold calling and opening new accounts
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills
Pastry Chefs with sales aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply
