Training Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Schedule may vary based on training and operational needs
- Monday – Wednesday
- Three 12.5-hour shifts per week
- Safely operate and monitor production machinery and automated equipment
- Perform machine start-up, adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to leadership and maintenance teams
- Accurately complete production reporting, downtime tracking, and digital documentation using computer systems
- Maintain product quality standards and follow all food safety and GMP procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English effectively required
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate production software, enter data accurately, and complete digital documentation
- Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical or operational issues independently
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks as needed
- SAP ERP experience highly preferred
