This position is essential to maintaining product quality, efficiency, and food safety throughout the baking process.

Daily Duties Include
- Pull frozen pallets from the freezer for scheduled production
- Transfer frozen product from cardboard totes to plastic carts
- Accurately and completely fill out de-boxing traceability forms
- Immediately report any product issues to the Pack Lead
- Follow Pack Lead instructions for test runs and new production
- Present yourself daily to the Pack Lead for assignments and direction
- Discard defective or floor-contact product into designated grey buckets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in housekeeping tasks before leaving the production floor
- Follow all safety, health, environmental, and company policies
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of and ability to follow GMP standards
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and BRC principles
- Commitment to workplace safety and food safety compliance
- Strong decision-making skills and personal initiative
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Minimum 1 year experience in a food manufacturing plant
- Bakery experience preferred
- Fast-paced food manufacturing environment
- Work in freezer and production areas
