We are a company with a new approach to services. We embrace a participatory management style and focus on person-centered services. We currently have Full-time, Monday - Thursday positions available. Requires a valid Driver's License, decent driving record, and a vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate caregiving and support to individuals in the day program.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Observe and document individual behavior and progress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
- Drive clients to community outings as needed, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Job Type: Full-time
