Role Description
This is a contract, a Virtual Office Assistant. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, answering and directing phone calls professionally, nad handling clerical duties. The role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in standard office tools and practices. The Virtual Office Assistant will ensure smooth daily operations and act as a key support for the CEO and the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, record keeping, and document preparation
- Experience with Office Equipment and knowledge of standard office tools and software
- Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, and organizational management
- Attention to detail, time-management capabilities, and the ability to multi-task
- Bilingual in arabic and or Urdu
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience with travel planning
