About Us:
Bridging Brighter Smiles is a nonprofit organization committed to increasing access to dental care for underserved children across Wisconsin. Our team provides preventive services—such as cleanings, dental x rays, sealants, SDF, fluoride varnish, and oral health education—directly in schools, eliminating barriers like transportation, cost, and time off work for families.

- School-Year Schedule:, Monday through Friday, and offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we’ll do our best to accommodate your availability—no evenings, weekends, holidays, or summer commitments required!

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A current dental hygiene or dental license in the state of Wisconsin
- A passion for public health and preventive care
- Over 2,000 verified hours of direct clinical supervision
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, compassionate approach to working with children
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
