CNC PANEL PROCESSOR

Job Title: Panel Processing – DET - Entry Level/Trainee

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Panel Processing Department. This department operates CNC panel saws, CNC routers, and a double end tennoner. We are currently looking for a candidate to work on a two-person team operating the double end tennoner.

Experience is not required—we are willing to train the right person from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to start a career in panel processing.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a two-person team operating the double end tennoner.

• Load and unload plywood panels onto the machine.

• Inspect finished parts for quality using a tape measure (to 1/16”) and calipers (tools provided).

• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail during production.

• Perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required (we will provide full training).

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery.

• Ability to read and use a tape measure and calipers accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the position (lifting, standing, repetitive motion).

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $16.50/hour for trainees.

• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4-day work week).
