Vice President, Quality – Pharma
(Remote with Extensive Travel or Relocation to Texas)
We are representing a unique opportunity to build and scale a Pharmaceutical Center of Excellence within a publicly traded Life Sciences organization.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role focused on transforming and elevating pharmaceutical quality and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities. The organization is investing heavily into pharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure and is seeking a strong quality leader who can help drive the next phase of growth, compliance, and operational maturity.
Relocation is available; however, our client is also open to exceptional individuals who are willing to travel extensively.
While the role will require significant travel to manufacturing locations, we are strategically targeting candidates located near major airports with direct flight access for ease of travel. What Our Client is Looking For
- Executive-level Quality leadership experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Strong background in pharmaceutical operations and manufacturing quality
- Experience leading organizations through FDA inspections, Warning Letters, 483 remediation activities, and compliance transformations
- Deep understanding of cGMPs and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Experience building, scaling, and leading Quality organizations
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence cross-functional leadership teams
- Experience partnering with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other regulatory agencies
- Experience within complex manufacturing environments, including multi-site operations
- Ability to travel extensively and operate effectively in highly visible leadership environments
