A boutique architecture firm in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Project Manager who will serve as the owner’s right hand—supporting day-to-day operations, leading projects, and ultimately being mentored to take over the firm within the next 5–7 years.

What You’ll Do
- Manage commercial architecture projects from concept through completion
- Work closely with the owner on design decisions, client relationships, and firm operations
- Lead client meetings, coordinate consultants, and oversee project schedules and budgets
- Participate in business development conversations and strategic planning
- Contribute to the firm’s long-term vision with direct mentorship from ownership
- Gradually assume increased responsibility in leadership, management, and operations
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience with an architecture firm (commercial project experience preferred)
- Strong project management skills—organization, communication, and client interaction are key
- Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Willingness and ability to obtain Professional Architecture License
- Proficiency in Revit (and other standard architecture software)
- A leadership-minded professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small-firm environment
- Someone with long-term career aspirations, ideally looking to grow into an ownership role
- Must be currently located in Chattanooga or willing to relocate
