Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Scheduler/Receptionist to join our growing ABA clinic team. This role is often the first point of contact for families and plays a vital role in keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet families, and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Manage client schedules, cancellations, and reschedules
- Coordinate staff schedules and assist with coverage needs
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Communicate clearly with parents, RBTs, and BCBAs regarding appointments
- Assist with general administrative and front-desk duties
- Support clinic operations to ensure a positive family experience
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling systems and basic office software
- Experience in a medical, therapy, or ABA setting is a plus (but not required)
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
