Bridgewater Retirement Community's Dining is currently seeking outstanding and energetic Cook to join our team!
Schedule: Full Time 11a-7pm, with every other weekend rotation

Essential Functions
• Prepare three meals daily per menu, recipes, and production sheets
• Pull ingredients from storage areas as needed
• Assist with plating and serving food to residents and guests
• Perform food pre-prep and support catering or special functions
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas according to Health Department standards
• Report to work as scheduled and complete required in-service training
• Adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines
• Support other Cooks in coordinates with quality control and sanitation standards
• Manage prep work, leftover usage, and kitchen inventory needs
• Other duties as assigned
