What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA Pathway position at Bridgewater Retirement Community?
At Bridgewater Retirement Community (BRC), the CNA Pathway is an important part of our Nursing Household teams. Team members in this pathway will work as a Homemaker prior to attending the CNA class. While this role does not include hands-on care such as bathing or toileting, it plays a key role in supporting daily operations and preparing individuals for future caregiving roles.
The primary purpose of the CNA Pathway is to prepare team members for our upcoming CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) classes. While working in the Homemaker role, individuals will have the opportunity to build relationships with residents, learn the flow of our households, and develop the foundational skills and professionalism expected of CNAs.
Whether you’re just starting out in senior care or looking to grow into a licensed position, this entry-level pathway is designed to set you up for success.
