Responsibilities
As the Director of Financial Services and Human Resources, you will:
- Oversee all financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, etc.
- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications
Business Office Director Qualifications
Candidates must possess specific educational and experience requirements such as:
- Business Office Director Experience in an Assisted Living or SNF Required
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- Ten key calculator and keyboarding.
- Must possess knowledge of accepted accounting practices required.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the principles Business Office policies/procedures.
- Must have a thorough understanding of Human Resources and Labor regulations/procedures.
- Must possess interpersonal skills and a willingness to help others.
