What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pack Room Team Member for Organic Vegetable Farm position at Bridgewater Farm?
Seeking an organized individual with attention to detail to oversee produce preparation and packaging of orders for multiple markets.
Duties include: washing/packaging/labeling a variety of fruits and vegetables for distribution to CSA boxes, customer orders, retail orders, farmer's markets and tracking progress of completion of orders.
Skills needed:
Ability to efficiently complete specified tasks, attention to aesthetic details, organization to keep track of multiple on-going items and ability to correctly fill orders. Arriving on time for work and staying until the job is completed is very important.
Part time hours available in April (30-40 hours), moving to full-time (40) hours in mid-May through October.
