Position Summary
· The Lead Senior Forensic Specialist is a critical role responsible for conducting digital investigations in support of Legal and Human Resources.
· This position ensures the secure, timely, and accurate collection and analysis of sensitive employee data from systems such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
· The specialist produces detailed reports that support internal investigations into misconduct, including intellectual property theft, workplace harassment, fraud, and performance issues.
· Works with the Insider Threat Team. This group is small and works a lot with the Security Operations Team and Incident Report Team. Their stakeholders include HR and legal.
Requirements/Skillset
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Requires one or both of the following certifications:
o Certified Forensic Investigator
o Certified Insider Specialist
· Required technical skillset:
o Magnet Axiom
o Cellebrite Touch 3
o Mobile Ultra
o Physical Analyzer 10
o Microsoft Compliance Center
o Microsoft Purview Insider Threat, DLP
o Exabeam Advanced Analytics
o Splunk (search queries)
· Demonstrated 7 years of experience in forensic analysis, insider threat, and cyber security.
· Experience in analyzing, investigating, create professional reports, and ensuring compliance all within insider threat.
· Will not be doing analysis on hardware or software.
Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour
