Bridgewater College is looking for a thoughtful, data-driven professional to help guide the College’s financial future. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Vice President for Finance and campus leaders to turn data into clear, strategic decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead the College’s annual budgeting process from planning through implementation
Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support leadership decisions
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations
Support long-term financial planning tied to institutional goals
Monitor budget performance and communicate trends across campus
Oversee Accounts Payable and Student Accounts
Serve as a key resource within the Finance team
WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
5+ years of relevant experience (higher ed or nonprofit a plus)
Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences
Experience with Excel and financial systems (Ellucian Colleague a plus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
