POSITION DETAILS
Caregiver / CNA (Certification Preferred)
- Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time available
- Pay Rate: $20-22/hour, depending on experience and certification
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
NOC Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
(Flexible scheduling based on availability and staffing needs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
- Support resident safety, comfort, and emotional well-being
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Follow care plans and community policies
QUALIFICATIONS
- CNA certification preferred (not required for all caregiver roles)
- Previous caregiving or senior living experience a plus
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
