Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long-term and short-term care facility, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor to join our award-winning ventilator unit and pulmonary rehab program. As a Full or Part-Time Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Respiratory Therapy department during our 12-hour night shift , from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, for three days.

Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Supervisor
Job Summary
Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long-term and short-term care facility, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor to join our award-winning ventilator unit and pulmonary rehab program. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Respiratory Therapists and Certified Respiratory Therapists in the ventilation unit and pulmonary rehab program
- Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Monitor and maintain patient care records, reports, and statistics
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
- Ability to work independently
- Current or pending New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or License
- CPR Certification within three (3) months of hire
- Higher Pay Scale : $45 - $52 HR
- Daily Pay : Receive your pay on a daily basis
